Account Deletion Policy Overview
At ApexAppWorks Technologies, we value user autonomy, data privacy, and digital security. In compliance with the Google Play Store Data Safety Account Deletion Policy, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
You can delete your account using either Option 1 (Directly from inside the Mobile App) or Option 2 (Via Web / Direct Email Request) as detailed below.
Option 1: Delete from the Mobile App
If you currently have the app installed on your smartphone or tablet, you can initiate immediate self-service account deletion:
- 1Open the mobile application on your iOS or Android device and log in.
- 2Navigate to your Profile or Settings screen (⚙️ icon).
- 3Select "Account Settings" or "Privacy & Security".
- 4Scroll down and tap "Delete Account" (or "Delete My Account and Data").
- 5Review the deletion notice and confirm your password or OTP code.
- 6Your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent purge.
Option 2: Request via Web / Email
If you have uninstalled the application, lost access to your device, or prefer submitting a manual deletion request, you can email our compliance team directly:
- Registered Full Name & Email Address
- Application Name (e.g. The Tuitionist, RiseRich, etc.)
- Account ID / Phone Number (if applicable)

What Data Will Be Deleted?
When your account deletion request is processed, the following categories of personal and application data are permanently and irreversibly purged from our active databases:
- Full name, display name, username
- Registered email address and phone numbers
- Profile photos, avatars, and bios
- Encrypted password hashes & OAuth credentials
- Direct chat messages and conversation logs
- Uploaded documents, files, and assignments
- Customer support inquiries and tickets
- User comments, ratings, and reviews
- Saved bookmarks, favorites, and wishlists
- Booking records, classes, and schedules
- Learning progress, quiz results, and badges
- Custom in-app preferences and theme settings
- Push notification tokens (FCM & APNS tokens)
- Active login sessions and JWT auth refresh tokens
- Unique mobile device UUIDs
- Associated IP and location history logs
Data Retention & Legal Exceptions
In strict accordance with global privacy frameworks and Play Store developer standards, certain limited records may be retained following account deletion solely under the following conditions:
End User License Agreement (EULA) Alignment
Your use of ApexAppWorks mobile applications is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Service. Please note the following legal implications of account deletion:
- Termination of User License: Deleting your account immediately terminates your non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access registered user features, cloud services, and premium platform modules under the EULA.
- Forfeiture of In-App Purchases & Credits: Any unused virtual tokens, loyalty points, or digital balances associated with your account are permanently forfeited upon deletion and are non-refundable.
- Store Subscriptions Cancellation: If you maintain an active recurring subscription billed through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store Subscriptions, you must cancel the subscription directly in your Google Play Store or Apple ID settings to avoid subsequent billing by the app store.
