We use service providers supporting email delivery, research and AI-assisted drafting. We do not sell or rent prospect information.

We retain prospect information only while necessary for the relevant outreach or resulting business relationship, and periodically review whether it remains necessary. We retain limited suppression records where needed to respect requests not to be contacted.

SMEs retain control over branding, features, and contractual specifics.
All apps comply with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies, and approval is not impacted by using ApexAppWorks's accounts.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email, platform alerts, or updates on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
